Conditions

Terms of Service

The following conditions apply to all of our training courses.

1. Group size

In order to be able to carry out our lessons under optimal conditions, we set a minimum and maximum group size for each course. We conduct classes with a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 participants. Places will be allocated in the order in which registrations are received.

2. Registration

Emergency aid course registrations are only possible online via the registration form. They are binding and will be charged in full for the booked course in the event of non-compliance. After registering via the registration form, the participant will receive an automatic confirmation email. If this has not arrived within a few minutes after registration (please check your spam folder), you should contact the provider.

3. Rebooking, Cancellation and Default

Participants can change or cancel their place in writing (by e-mail) no later than 48 hours before the start of the course. If this deadline is not met, the full amount must be paid. Refunds for missed lessons are not possible.

In the event of illness or accident, a medical certificate must be submitted. Only written cancellations are valid. Cancellation reasons such as "My boss said I have to work" or "I forgot I have an exam" are not accepted as a reason.

4. Missed course day

Missed course days cannot be made up for. A new place must be booked and the full course price must be paid.

5. Course Confirmation

The emergency aid card will be sent to the participants as a PDF after they have completed the course. Alternatively, participants have the option of requesting a physical ID card (at no additional cost). If requested, it will be sent by post within 10 working days.

6. Exclusion

The management of the company and the course management reserve the right to exclude one or more participants from the course for justified reasons. In the event of an exclusion, the tuition fee will not be refunded.

7. Privacy

Our data protection declaration provides information on the use of participant data. By using services in accordance with these GTC, the customer agrees that the participant data can be passed on for the purpose of providing services across companies, cross-application communication, carrying out joint advertising measures and optimizing and further developing our services.

Other third parties only receive the participant data insofar as this is necessary for business transactions.

8.Copyright

The duplication of course documents for own purposes or for third parties is not permitted.

9. Jurisdiction

Swiss law is applicable to all legal relationships. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berne.
